Working in concert with the members of McCoy-Rockford’s Executive Management Team and Board of Director’s, Ken is accountable for the company’s overall performance. This includes ensuring customers and colleagues are top of mind in every business decision made. Ken considers being the chief promoter of McCoy-Rockford’s value system and culture as one of his most important duties.
Ken explained how McCoy-Rockford serves a variety of needs. “We serve the manufacturing community by leveraging our local reputation for execution to grow their market share. We serve the design and construction communities by acting as a trusted provider of product specifications and installation expertise to complete projects as designed, on time and on budget. Most importantly, we serve our customers by minimizing the complexity inherent in a commercial interiors project during project execution while providing long-term support over the lifetime of the chosen product solution.”
Since joining McCoy-Rockford in 2007, Ken has held the roles of VP-Sales & Marketing, President-Office Furniture Division, and currently President & CEO for the company. Prior to joining MRI, he was with Xerox Corporation and Océ NV, in sales and sales leadership positions managing the central U.S. market.
Ken has been actively involved with Vistage International, CoreNet and IFMA. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Lamar University. Ken and his wife Dianne have been married since the day he graduated from college. They have two grown children and enjoy time with their two grandsons.
